Fair Share is an initiative to solve the age old problem “who owns the contacts”
When poeple leave a company, they are asked to “NOT TAKE ANY CONTACTS”. But there is no clear demarcation who actually own the contacts. Most business people have their contacts in cell phones, personal address books and in all kinds of social networks.
On the other side, people get hired because of their big “Rolodex” Clearly there is a conflict.
